Please be advised that due to Covid-19, you may experience delays in shipping. Before placing your order, please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address in its entirety (including apartment number where applicable, full street name, city, state, and zip code). Melanin Rose is NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Additionally, Melanin Rose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly and your package is returned, you will be contacted and refunded (excluding shipping costs). To have the order shipped again, additional shipping fees will apply. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service within 2-5 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends). Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
