Shipping Policy

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent. Melanin Rose is NOT responsible for mail that's delivered to an incorrect address or lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly and if your package returns due to "Address Can't Be Found" via  USPS Tracking system you will be contacted and refunded (excluding shipping cost). All orders are shipped United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped weekly via USPS. Orders take 2-3 business days to process. Inspect your package for damage upon delivery & notify the delivery agent before they leave your site. In case of shipping damages contact the shipper immediately.
